About Conference Audio Solutions
Our product, and service offering, allows event producers to create silent theaters, contain presentation noise in an exhibit hall, facilitate simultaneous presentations on one stage, or route multiple languages to diverse attendees. In total, we can route up to eight channels of audio simultaneously with our system of sound delivery for business conferences.
Conference Audio Solution offers sponsors, event producers, and exhibitors, a highly visible branding opportunity on-site.
Each radio has four unique branding locations designed to enhance your brand presence on-site. The pantone of the plastic is color matched to your liking, as is the main label, lanyard and packaging. Final artwork is a collaborative effort between Conference Audio Solutions and each client.
DoubleTune Radio
Our patented radio design is fully brandable and allows conference attendees to listen to up to eight channels of live audio. Two branding plates, the lanyard, and packaging are all fully customizable and allow show sponsors a highly visible asset to activate. In addition to live event audio, the radio can be used as an FM radio post event, further extending the legs of the sponsored activation.
Each radio includes a standard 3.5mm audio jack and a pair of noise isolating ear buds. The radios are powered by a pair of AAA batteries, which last around 40 hours.
